Originally from Armenia, Mushegh studied Film and Movie Directing at the Armenian State University, where he cultivated a deep appreciation for storytelling, direction, and human emotion. His background in film taught him the art of seeing possibilities — a perspective that would later translate seamlessly into his work in real estate and entrepreneurship. Mushegh developed strong experience in market evaluation, negotiations, and client relationships, recognizing that real estate is as much about vision as it is about value. His passion for real estate continues to inspire him, both as a personal pursuit and as a complement to his business endeavors. Today, through PowderL Solutions Inc., Mushegh is building a company that reflects his belief in progress through creativity — where strategic thinking meets innovation and every project is guided by purpose. Outside of work, his connection to the Armenian Apostolic Church communities in Miami, FL, and Philadelphia, PA, plays an important role in his life, reinforcing his sense of gratitude, community, and spiritual grounding.
